Cancellation:
Proper cancellation will be accepted 3 days before check-in date. Thus, if cancellation is less than 3 days, guest will be charged with 1 day room rate.

Refund:
*Refund will be processed within a set of banking days (*case to case basis). If cancellation request is verified and acknowledged by the management based on hotel policy, refund will be granted yet terms and conditions will be applied.

Fees:
Upon arrival at our hotel, you'll be ask for a keycard deposit of PHP 300. It will be refundable upon check-out.

Free! Up to two children under 6 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds. One additional older child (6yo & up) or adult is charged PHP 400 per person per night for additional bed.
